Well a bunch of us who are already working the space have been having an alternative conversation about what to do to move things on a bit in a more Socially appropriate way and this is a collation of our "big picture" introduction that I've pulled together. Download IPA SocialBIGPICTURESeptdraft
It's intended as a description of how the landscape has been changed by connective technology and (more importantly) our adoption of it...the central point being I guess, that SM is not just another medium to sit alongside the others (it's not our medium anyway); it just changes the map completely.
Much of it you may have heard before - much of it I hope you'd agree with, but the point is to articulate how we see things.
