Hugh's got a nice riff over here about how one of his cartoons is getting the tatoo-ists needles out again - the Blue Monster has already got ink - it's a great social object for folk in and around Microsoft.
Building on the ideas he's uncovered in Seth's new book which talks about leaders, tribes and brands and - Hugh suggests - giving peeps a sense of purpose (something we have been on about for a while now). Can't wait to get to grips with it.
